Submission Guidelines

The Submission Information page describes the types of submissions and how to submit your work to this conference. It provides information to help you through the process from abstract submission to preparing your presentation at the conference.

  • The selection panel of the conference committee will consider all abstracts received by the published deadline to ensure that the proposed submission is relevant to the Conference.
  • Abstract selection notifications will be sent out to relevant authors.
  • All papers will be double-blind peer reviewed by members of the conference committee to ensure an adequate standard, that the proposed subject of the submitted abstract has been followed, that the paper is of a suitable length, the standard of English is adequate and the paper is appropriately referenced.
  • Papers that are accepted will be published in the conference proceedings providing at least one author completes registration (including payment). see the registration section of the conference website for more information about registration.
  • If multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation by the same author, each paper requires a registration fee to be included in the proceedings.
Templates for Abstract and full Paper
Abstract Submission

In order to submit an abstract (1~2 pages in length) for the ISIITA, first Click “REGISTER” if it is your first visit. If you have your ID and password, just log in and fill out all the required information on Online Submission.
You must use our paper template and upload the paper in Word format on Online Submission. You may download the Extended Abstract Template as an aid for your formatting.
Accepted abstract (short paper) will be published as ISIITA proceedings.

During abstract submission you will be asked to declare the following:

  1. I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published as submitted.
  2. Submission of the abstract constitutes the consent of all authors to publication (Conference website, programs, other promotions, etc.)
  3. The Abstract Submitter warrants and represents that no part of the information and content provided by him/her (Hereafter: the “Content”) to ISIITA and JIITA(Hereafter: the “Organizers”), nor the publication of any such Content by the Organizers, on the internet or otherwise infringes any third party rights, including but not limited to privacy rights and/or intellectual property rights.
  4. The Abstract Submitter grants the Organizers a copyright license to reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the text of the Content on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive basis.
  5. I herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the presenting author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The presenting author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
  6. I understand that the presenting author must be a registered participant.
  7. The Organizers reserve the right to remove from publication and/or presentation an abstract which does not comply with the above.
    I understand that I must select a specific Theme, Topic and Sub-Topic for my abstract allocation. Although the committee will work hard to honor this selection, this cannot be guaranteed. The Committee reserves the right to change the Theme, Topic or Sub-Topic under which the abstract was originally submitted.
