Presentation Guidelines
Presenters are required to present their papers live using an online ZOOM presentation during the conference day (00-00 February 2023). A pre-recorded video presentation is also compulsory as a backup should technical difficulties occur during the presentation day.
LIVE PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes. One should spend about 13 minutes presenting the problem, the background, the innovative approach, the new results, and – if appropriate – the comparative evaluation. The remaining 3 minutes will be reserved for questions and discussion with the attendees.
- Use appropriate font size to make your slide readable without effort.
- The presenters should introduce themselves to the session chairs before the beginning of the session to allow a smooth running of the session.
- Each session will be moderated by a session chair.
- For the Q&A session, one of the authors will need to be available online after their presentations to answer questions from the participants.
- Equipment provided by the conference organizer:
- Laptop Computer (MS Windows Operating System with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader)
- Projectors & Screen
- Zoom Cloud Meetings
- Materials prepared by the presenters:
- MS PowerPoint or PDF files
- Zoom Install (Zoom Download Center webpage)
- The total time allotted to each speaker is 15 minutes. You should plan to speak for 12 minutes and leave 3 minutes for questions.
- Please check your presentation time and room in the conference program.
- Please arrive at the room 10 minutes earlier and report to the session chair.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Materials provided by the conference organizer:
- Tapes or binder clips
- Materials prepared by the presenters:
- Poster size is A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm).
- There are no specific requirements regarding style, colors or fonts.
- Print your poster before your travel.
- There will be no printing office at the conference.
- Content & layout: demonstration of the presenter’s paper
RECORDED VIDEO PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Deadline: In order for the videos to be processed by the Technical Program Committee, there is considerable urgency in preparing, finalizing and uploading your video no later than February 00, 2022.

Duration of recorded video (please follow strictly the allocated duration):
- Presentation Recording time: 15 min
- File format of recorded video: MP4 (video file around or under 700Mb in size)
- File name of recorded video: ISIITA2021_S1-2_presenter_name.mp4
- Requirement of presentation (choose 1 of the option):
- Option 1 – Narrated presentation (PPT slides with both voice and webcam camera)
- Option 2 – Narrated presentation (PPT slides with voice only; include the photo of presenter at the first page and last page of PPT slides)
