- Note1: In principle, one registration covers only one paper. At least one of the authors must complete an advanced registration or online registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.
- Note2: Payment by credit card is available only through the online procedure.
- Note3: Please contact isiita.paper@gmail.com if you require an receipt.
- Note4: The fee includes for in-person participants a conference bag, and refreshments during the conference breaks.
- Note5: Conference fee does not include accommodation and airport transfer.
Registration Entitlements
- Participant’s registration fee includes (Access to All Sessions, Conference Proceeding Download, Program Book, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and Banquet)
- Student’s registration does not include banquet.
- Banquet dinner is guaranteed only for attendees registered by Dec 31, 2023. We cannot guarantee ticket availability beyond Dec 31, 2023. If available, additional banquet tickets can be purchased online or on-site.
- Please make sure that you have to show the lunch coupon in your name badge. The conference attendees will get a lunch and banquet coupon together with the conference admission name badge. Please be noted that you have to keep the coupon well and show it to the staff when having lunch.
- Please note that the tutorial session requires an additional fee.

Payment by credit card is available only through online registration.
Actual amount debited is subject to change according to the current exchange rate.
Please note that the credit card payment will not be approved if the country where card was used does not match the country of issue.
All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
BC or Korean Exchange Cards are acceptable only for cards issued in Korea.
- Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.
- The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name, with the name clearly stated on the wire transfer.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent by email(isiita.paper@gmail.com) to the registration office.
- Please note that bank charges for remittances should be paid by the registrant.

[Cancellation & Refund Policy]
- Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail (isiita.paper@gmail.com) to the registration office by 12,30, 2023. Requests for refunds received after 00,00, 2023, will not be considered.
- 10% of total payment deducted as cancellation fee
- Actual amount debited is subject to change according to the current exchange rate.
- All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from your congress registration refund.
- Please note that refunds will be made after the conference.
- Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation.
