Presentation Guidelines

📣 Dear ISIITA 2022 authors

Due to the recent announcement of Level 4 social distancing restrictions by the Jeju provincial government, On Feb 00-00, 2021, it is possible to participate online or on site with the limited number of participants. Therefore, all the authors are required to present their papers using online presentation format from Feb 00 to 00, 2022.

After login, please enter the online session hall (ZOOM) on the day of the ISIITA 2022 conference and proceed with the real-time oral presentation according to the instruction provided by the session chair.

The presentation time is 15 minutes in total (13 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A), and the presentation time may change depending on the number of assigned papers in the session. Presenters will use the ZOOM sharing function to share presentation materials or papers and conduct oral presentations. A presenter must stay online and wait for their turn of presentation.

After presentation, Q&A is conducted using the chat function (The questioner may use the chat function to ask a question, and the presenter answers the specified question according to the guidance of the session chair). If you have any questions on the presentation, please contact isiita.paper@gmail.com. Thank you very much for your understanding and we will do our best to make the virtual conference participation enjoyable.

 

📣 Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Equipment provided by the conference organizer:

  • Laptop Computer (MS Windows Operating System with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • Projectors & Screen
  • Zoom Cloud Meetings

Materials prepared by the presenters:

  • PowerPoint or PDF files
  • Zoom Install (Zoom Download Center webpage)
  • The total time allotted to each speaker is 15 minutes. You should plan to speak for 12 minutes and leave 3 minutes for questions.
  • Please check your presentation time and room in the conference program.
  • Please arrive at the room 10 minutes earlier and report to the session chair.

 

📣 Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Materials provided by the conference organizer:

  • Tapes or binder clips

Materials prepared by the presenters:

  • Poster size is A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm).
  • There are no specific requirements regarding style, colors or fonts.
  • Print your poster before your travel.
  • There will be no printing office at the conference.
  • Content & layout: demonstration of the presenter’s paper

 

📣 Guidelines for Recorded  Video Presentation

Deadline:
In order for the videos to be processed by the Technical Program Committee, there is considerable urgency in preparing, finalizing and uploading your video no later than 00, 2022.

How to Submit:

Duration of recorded video (please follow strictly the allocated duration):

Presentation Recording time: 15 min 

  • File format of recorded video: MP4 (video file around or under 700Mb in size)
  • File name of recorded video: ISIITA2021_S1-2_presenter_name.mp4

Requirement of presentation (choose 1 of the option):

  • Option 1 – Narrated presentation (PPT slides with both voice and webcam camera)
  • Option 2 – Narrated presentation (PPT slides with voice only; include the photo of presenter at the first page and last page of PPT slides)
